Week 2 has brought us even more success. I think we both agree that for the time being, our weight will be falling off. We went from eating fast food 5+ times a week, to not eating out except for birthdays...which the hubby has coming up. I am interested to see how that will affect our results and very interested to be in touch with all of the amazing people who are part of the Nutrisystem support team when we do run into issues or hit a plateau. For now, the success rolls on and here are our results:
ME:
Weight: 195.8
Total Weight Lost: 11 pounds!
Waist: 46.5"
Hips: 48.5"
HUBBY:
Weight: 204.1
Total Weight Lost: 11.2 pounds
Waist: 42"
Favorite foods this week are the Cinnamon Roll breakfast, Chicken Salad lunch, and Italian Herb Flatbread Pizza dinner. Did we forget dessert? The Red Velvet Whoopie Pie is super yummy!!
The weather has been getting increasingly warm here, which has been affecting my work outs. I have asthma and a problem with my body not getting rid of excess heat properly which causes my heart rate to increase I my body overheats. That makes working out more difficult. The gym is equipped with ceiling fans but that doesn't seem to be enough and my work outs have been cut short. Hubby is doing exceptionally well, putting in hour long work outs each of his days. I am going to be checking in with my doctor to get some suggestions as to alternative work out ideas or even a new asthma medication and plan for keeping cool in a not-so-cool gym.
